I read the enormous turnip. Because I knew this story. But I didn't read the story in English so I wanted try it. Because I knew this story, I could understand soon. And I practiced to read books in English.
one morning, a farmer went to his field. he want ed a turnip. he discovered one turnip with very big green leaves. he wanted to pick that one. he did pick the turnip but the turnip didn't move. his wife helped but it didn't move. Jack is his so also helped but it didn't move. a dog and cat helped... But it didn't move.... A bird helped ....slowly, slowly, very slowly, very slowly, the turnip began to move. At last, the turnip popped out of the ground. They ate it everyday for a month. the farmer said "Next year I'm going growing carrots"
I think everyone knew this story. But most of them didn't read it in English. So let's try!! I actually didn't know all of English words. And this story is short. So I could read easily.
